I just read on the keelboat archives that Soma now has two fire extinguishers. Shouldn't all the keelboats have at least one.
And, that a first aid kit isn't in the budget until 2011. WTF?!?
Sooo, the Hoofers have money in the budget for countless keggers and all-you-can-eat grub, but they can't pony up a few bucks for a first aid kit? I believe they're under $10 at Walgreens.
Hey Fleet Commander! Do you have a copy of the Hoofer general constitution and bylaws? If so, please post them. Seems the Hoofer Council can't be bothered to do it.
